Established in May 1990, Business Insurance Consultants, Inc. is proud to have celebrated 20 years in the business. Business Insurance Consultants, Inc. was founded by George and Jennifer Woodruff, both bringing to the agency over 15 years of prior comprehensive insurance experience, educated and trained by the best in the business. George’s talent came from his capacity as one of the top sales executives at Boynton Brothers & Company, Perth Amboy; Jennifer’s prior experience and expertise was primarily in the Personal Lines arena; six years combined as an account supervisor at two agencies on Long Island, and additional eight years with Boynton Brothers & Co., Perth Amboy as Personal Lines manager.Historically Business Insurance Consultants, Inc. had focused on larger sized, heavy or high hazard construction risks, and has been fortunate to retain a good portion of this book of business through the years. Business Insurance Consultants, Inc. prides itself on its selective process of its customer base, carefully underwriting the risk, qualifying accounts to meet the standards of the agency’s target client base, pursuing customers that pride themselves with the highest standards, their dedication to safety and loss control; customers whereby the owners have a “hands-on” approach in their day-to-day operations. The agency’s perpetuation is contingent upon retention, new business, and market availability; Business Insurance Consultants, Inc. accomplishes this by fostering mutual trust, working with a special select client base as described above , and treating the clients and carriers as they deserve to be treated.
